I can just imagine his neighbors being like “Welp Tony’s back to taking his clothes off and dancing around. In snow.” But man pretty cool to see how fast your hands start getting cold.

This is true for all people who have a normal weight. For those who are terribly underweight they will lose heat even faster while those who are overweight will retain heat for longer.
It’s no surprise that the hands lose heat faster as they are farther away from the heart. If the feet were shown they too would be losing heat at an even faster rate as they are even further away from the heart and the freshly warmed blood.
On a side note this is also why gout affects feet. The uric crystals in the blood can get stuck in the big toes of either feet and then amass themselves until they trigger an attack. It’s why doctors say to keep your feet elevated when you have a gout attack.

Isnt this just how a thermal camera works? At first the hottest object in view are the hands so they are colored red. But when he takes his shirt off, his torso is now the hottest object so its red and his hands get “downgraded” to the green color.
